she is a soccer champion with many records and medals. she lost to china in the olympics winning her a silver medal. this excellence  was achieved by her skills. she was diligent in her practices. she never gave up. she was always putting in her all every where she went.

this excellence is inspiring. i can take away from her to never give up and pursue my dreams. with hard work and dedication even the most unrealistic dreams can be achieved.

the safety cord helped because it safely slowed him down before landing

i think his achievement was because of his vigorous training and mindset.
this helps me reflect on my own life. i need to be a liberal person and take risks. i can achieve more by risking more but well thought out.

marvin achieved being a pianist at a young age. he was given an award at age 18. this excellence was achieved by his strict dedication to playing music. technology could have impacted his career by making music easier to write.
i think this was not excellence. he is a white privileged man that didn't face any discrimination, money problems, or real difficulty going into the world of entertainment or classical music. come back to me when a person of color with real struggles, achieves this.

gps system is a navigation system that helps you get from point A to point B. It can also help locate yourself when youre lost. this will impact everyone that travels. It helped with the problem of carrying a big map and not knowing how to read or use it. I think this is a good and helpful innovation.
